Personalized anxiety treatment for adults, adolescents, and families seeking support with excessive worry, panic, racing thoughts, sleep disruption, stress, irritability, and physical symptoms of anxiety. Therapeutic Psychiatric Services provides thoughtful psychiatric evaluation, medication management, supportive care, and whole-person mental health support in Apopka and through telehealth.
Anxiety can affect the way you think, sleep, work, connect with others, and move through daily life. For some people, anxiety feels like constant worry or overthinking. For others, it may show up as panic attacks, restlessness, irritability, muscle tension, trouble concentrating, or difficulty sleeping.
At Therapeutic Psychiatric Services, anxiety treatment begins with understanding your symptoms, history, stressors, lifestyle, and goals for care. Your treatment plan may include psychiatric evaluation, medication management, supportive psychotherapy, psychoeducation, coping strategies, and coordination with other providers when appropriate.
The goal is to provide personalized support that helps reduce anxiety symptoms, improve daily functioning, and support your overall mental well-being. Whether you are experiencing generalized anxiety, panic symptoms, social anxiety, trauma-related anxiety, or anxiety connected to depression, ADHD, sleep issues, or life stress, care is tailored to your individual needs.
"Anxiety treatment works best when care is personalized, practical, and focused on the whole person."
Anxiety can look different from person to person. Psychiatric support can help identify what may be contributing to your symptoms and what type of treatment may be most appropriate.
Start with a brief consultation to determine whether this service is the right fit for your needs.
Your provider will take time to understand your symptoms, history, concerns, and goals.
Your treatment plan may include medication management, supportive therapy, lifestyle guidance, or coordinated care.
Follow-up appointments help monitor progress, adjust care, and support your long-term mental wellness.
The goal is to understand what you are experiencing, identify what may be contributing to your anxiety, and provide treatment options that support greater stability and confidence.
