Personalized ADHD treatment for adults, adolescents, and families seeking support with focus, impulsivity, organization, forgetfulness, restlessness, time management, emotional regulation, and daily functioning. Therapeutic Psychiatric Services provides thoughtful psychiatric evaluation, supportive care, and whole-person mental health support in Apopka and through telehealth.

Susan Steitz, PMHNP, brings 11 years of clinical experience and a compassionate, personalized approach to psychiatric care.
She takes time to understand your symptoms, concerns, history, and goals so you can receive a care plan designed around your individual needs—not a one-size-fits-all approach.
ADHD can affect attention, motivation, planning, time management, emotional regulation, school, work, relationships, and daily responsibilities. For some people, ADHD looks like distractibility, forgetfulness, restlessness, impulsivity, or difficulty finishing tasks. For others, it may show up as overwhelm, procrastination, disorganization, frustration, or feeling like everyday routines take more effort than they should.
At Therapeutic Psychiatric Services, ADHD treatment begins with a thoughtful psychiatric evaluation to better understand your symptoms, history, daily challenges, strengths, medical background, current medications, and goals for care. Treatment may include psychoeducation, supportive strategies, lifestyle guidance, and coordination with other providers when appropriate.
ADHD treatment is personalized to the individual. Whether you are seeking support for adult ADHD, adolescent ADHD, attention problems, impulsivity, emotional regulation concerns, or ADHD symptoms that overlap with anxiety, depression, sleep issues, or stress, care is designed to support your overall mental well-being and daily function.
"ADHD treatment works best when it addresses both symptoms and the real-life challenges they create."
ADHD can impact more than attention. Psychiatric support can help clarify your symptoms, identify related challenges, and create a treatment plan that supports your responsibilities, goals, and overall well-being.
