I primarily provide medication management and brief supportive interventions. I do not provide weekly psychotherapy. If therapy is recommended, I can help coordinate care with a licensed therapist.
I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). PMHNPs are advanced practice nurses with specialized training in mental health assessment, diagnosis, and medication management. I am licensed to prescribe psychiatric medications and provide treatment within my scope of practice.
Controlled medications may be prescribed when clinically appropriate and medically necessary, following state and federal regulations. This may include additional monitoring, documentation, or treatment agreements.
Yes. ADHD evaluations and treatment are offered when clinically appropriate. A thorough assessment is required prior to initiating treatment, and treatment may include non-stimulant and/or stimulant medications depending on medical history and clinical findings.
Yes. I currently offer secure telehealth visits to patients located in Florida, Kentucky, and Virginia. I am expanding into other states, with Arizona being the one in which I am currently working to become licensed. Telehealth allows you to receive care from the comfort of your home.
You must be physically located in one of the states where I am licensed at the time of your appointment.

I also accept self-pay (cash-based) patients.
I can provide a superbill upon request for patients who wish to seek out-of-network reimbursement from their insurance company.

Initial psychiatric evaluation: 60 minutes
Follow-up visits: 30 minutes
Follow-up frequency varies depending on your diagnosis, treatment plan, and medications prescribed. Most patients are seen every 4–12 weeks once stable.
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.

Paperwork such as disability forms, FMLA, emotional support animal letters, or legal documentation is considered on a case-by-case basis and may require additional appointments and fees.
