"Depression can make life feel heavy, but compassionate support can help you take the next step toward stability and hope."
Compassionate Psychiatric Support for Depression

Care designed to help you understand your symptoms and move toward better mental well-being.

Depression can affect your mood, energy, sleep, appetite, concentration, relationships, work, school, and daily responsibilities. For some people, depression feels like sadness or hopelessness. For others, it may show up as irritability, numbness, exhaustion, isolation, lack of motivation, or feeling disconnected from things they used to enjoy.

At Therapeutic Psychiatric Services, depression treatment begins with a thoughtful psychiatric evaluation to better understand your symptoms, history, current stressors, medical factors, lifestyle, and goals for care. Your treatment plan may include medication management, supportive psychotherapy, psychoeducation, coping strategies, and coordination with other providers when appropriate.

Depression treatment is not one-size-fits-all. Care is personalized to your needs, whether you are experiencing major depression, recurring depressive symptoms, depression with anxiety, mood changes, sleep disruption, treatment-resistant depression, or symptoms connected to trauma, ADHD, stress, or major life transitions.

"Depression treatment works best when your care plan is personalized, monitored, and adjusted with compassion over time."
